Strategy & Audit
See where AI pays
We interview your teams, follow how the work actually moves today, and come back with where AI pays, where it does not, and what it would cost to find out. You get a roadmap you can put a budget against.

A website that wins you work, tools your team actually uses, and automation that clears the busywork.
Nearly every company we talk to has already tried AI.
Almost none are still using what they built.
The model was never the problem.
It sat beside the work when it had to be..
Strategy & Audit
We interview your teams, follow how the work actually moves today, and come back with where AI pays, where it does not, and what it would cost to find out. You get a roadmap you can put a budget against.

Automation & Integrations
Connecting your tools is the cheap part. What costs money to get wrong is the business system around it: the integrations, the AI steps, what happens when an API fails at 3am, who approves what, and how you know it ran at all. That system might be a pipeline, an agent built for one team, or the dashboard that shows you what it did.

Digital Product Design & Development
Most company websites are brochures nobody can update. We build yours so your own team can change it, and so Google and AI assistants can read every page properly. When you need more than pages, we build the app behind them too: logins, customer records and the database that holds them, on your own accounts.

Advanced AI Systems
Some systems are too big to sit inside a workflow. Agents with memory, retrieval across your own documents, several models working together, and the dashboards to watch them. All of it runs in your environment: your own cloud account, a private region, or a machine in the building when that is the constraint.

Process
We sit with the people doing the job and follow one workflow end to end: every handoff, every re-typed field, every wait. You get a map of how the company actually runs, not how the org chart says it does.
Somewhere in that map is the step everything else queues behind. We name it, put a number on what it costs you a month, and say plainly whether AI is the answer to it or whether something cheaper is.
Not a tool sitting beside the work. A piece built to the shape of the hole and fitted into it: integrations, approvals, error handling, a name against it, and an alert at 3am rather than a surprise on Monday.
Automations
Some are a week and three tools, some are seven weeks and a stack. What they have in common is that each one is a whole process, the decisions and the failures and the handoffs included, with somebody's name against it.
Why us
The integration that broke on a holiday weekend. The tool everybody loved in the demo and nobody opened by March. So the error handling gets built before the clever part.

The goal is not more AI. It is the decision that used to wait a day happening in a minute. Where a plain rule beats a model, we build the rule. It never makes anything up.

Say what the work is.
We will tell you what we would build, what it would cost, and whether it is worth building at all.
Before you ask
It runs from €350 for a first consultation to a few tens of thousands for a system that takes months to build, and the four panels above give the starting figure for each kind of work. What decides it is what your business actually needs, which is scope rather than hours, so we price per system and quote once the audit has told us what the work is. Tell us what you have to spend and we will tell you what fits it, or say plainly if nothing does.
Anything you already pay for stays yours to pay for: model usage, hosting, and licences for tools you were using before we arrived. We tell you what those will run to before you sign, and we will use what you already have rather than adding to the list.
Usually the tool was fine and nothing around it existed: no owner, no handling for the 3am failure, no way to tell whether it ran. We start with an audit of how the work actually moves, and we build the system around the model, not the other way round.
A simple integration or a marketing site is about a week. Most automations are two to four weeks, and an audit is two to three. A product with accounts, data and a back end is a different order of work, and we will tell you which one you are asking for before we quote.
One person who can answer questions about how the work is done today, and access to the systems it passes through. That is genuinely it for the audit. Everything after it is scoped from what the audit finds, so there is nothing to prepare in advance.
No. If sending company data to an outside provider is a constraint, we specify and buy a machine, run the models on it, and wire it into your systems in your building. Nothing leaves. That is the advanced-systems route, from €10,000, and it is the one regulated clients take.
You run it, and you can change it yourself. We set the system up so your own team can adjust how it behaves without coming back to us, and we show them how before we finish. If you would rather have us on hand, we offer a retainer covering AI consultation, changes and maintenance, priced once we know what you want in it.
You keep running. The code is in your repository, the system runs on your own accounts, and the handover document explains how it is put together in language your own people can follow. Nothing we build phones home to us to keep working.
Name, email and company is all we need. The rest helps us come back to you properly. One page, no follow-up forms.
